By public transport to PCS

By public transport – from Munich central station

PCS is located close to the “Giesing” suburban train station. From Munich central railway station, take suburban trains (S-Bahn) S3 to “Deisenhofen/Holzkirchen” or S7 to “Aying/Kreuzstraße”, or take the U2 underground line to “Messestadt Ost”. Exit the train at the “Giesing” station, and leave the station via the “Frankenthaler Straße/Ungsteiner Straße” exit. At the top of the stairs, turn right and proceed on the footpath along a school/kindergarden. After a short distance, turn left into “Frankenthaler Straße”. At the next intersection, turn left into “Pfälzer-Wald-Straße”. Walk on for a few metres, and you have reached PCS at number 36.

By public transport – from Munich airport

Take the S8 suburban train (S-Bahn) to the city centre (direction “Innenstadt”). Leave the train at the “Ostbahnhof” (Munich East) station, and transfer to suburban trains S3 (direction “Holzkirchen/Deisenhofen”) or S7 (direction “Aying/Kreuzstraße”). Leave the train at the “Giesing” station, and follow the directions above.

From the south (A8, Salzburg)

Travelling on the A8 autobahn from Salzburg to Munich, continue straight on to “München-Zentrum” at the “Kreuz München-Süd” interchange (use one of the two leftmost lanes, do not use the “Giesing” branch-off). At the end of the autobahn (with the onion-dome tower of the Ramersdorf church in front of you), turn left onto the “Mittlerer Ring” and follow it for about two kilometers until you see a OMV service station on the right (note: this part of the “Middle Ring Road” is also called “Chiemgaustraße”). Turn right immediately before the house "Fitness first for Ladies" onto Pfälzer-Wald-Straße, and proceed to number 36. Caution: This is a 30 kph zone!

From the west (A8, Stuttgart)

Travelling on the A8 autobahn from Stuttgart to Munich, follow the signs of the new electronic traffic guidance system in the direction of “BAB Salzburg”. The route will depend on the traffic situation. leading you through the Western periphery of Munich until you reach the “Mittlerer Ring Süd” (“Middle Ring Road South”). Follow the “Mittlerer Ring” in the “Salzburg” direction. Approx. 1 km after you have crossed the Isar river, take the right lane and now follow the signs for the soccer stadium (“Allianz Arena”). Continue on the “Mittlerer Ring” until you have passed under a railway bridge, and turn left into Pfälzer-Wald-Straße after the house at the left "Fitness First for Ladies". Caution: This is a 30 kph zone!

From the north (A9, Nuremberg)

Travelling on the A9 autobahn, continue on to “München-Schwabing” (end of autobahn). Turn onto the “Mittlerer Ring”, following the signs to Salzburg. Always stay on the “Mittlerer Ring” for many kilometers, until at last you see a OMV service station on the right. Turn right immediately before the house "Fitness first for Ladies" onto Pfälzer-Wald-Straße, and proceed to number 36. Caution: This is a 30 kph zone!
