PCS closes the 2019/20 financial year with an outstanding sales result of EUR 21 million.

PCS Systemtechnik GmbH concluded its 2019/20 financial year ending on 30 June 2020 with an outstanding sales result of EUR 21 million corresponding to an increase of 3.5% over the previous year. PCS Chief Executive Walter Elsner was delighted with the growth: “The fact that we achieved such an outstanding sales result in these challenging times shows that PCS is on a very stable footing.” The company also continued hiring new employees, in particular in the development departments, and staff now numbers 148 in total. Despite the corona pandemic, PCS is starting the new financial year with an order backlog at the previous year’s level.

 

Well positioned for the future with a new management trio.
Coinciding with the start of the new financial year, PCS also reinforced its management by adding two members. The leadership trio for the future consists of Walter Elsner (65), Matthias Kleemeier (52) and Ulrich Kastner-Jung (52). The distribution of responsibility enhances PCS’s customer orientation and creates new structures for project business.

Close customer contact ensures stable business relationships.
During the past financial year, PCS was able to realize a particularly large amount of project and consulting business in the areas of building security and time recording – even though it was difficult to meet customers in person as a consequence of the corona pandemic “Our close contact to our partners and customers is one of our most important USPs”, emphasizes managing director Ulrich Kastner-Jung, in charge of the PCS customer and solution center. “Responding rapidly to customer requirements is vital in our industry. Customers need to be reassured that they will receive rapid assistance so that they will be able to sleep peacefully.”
