comvaHRo stands for passionate commitment to your customers in the field of HR. We support them in the digitalisation of their HR tasks and thus in their daily work. In doing so, we offer everything an HR department needs to be well positioned, efficient and up-to-date in this area.

Software area
With our offered and fully integrated software solution comvaHRo All-In, we digitalise, automate and improve complex HR processes that were previously implemented with many different "isolated applications".  The software can be rented from us and we completely take care of the operation, hosting and updates so that the solution is always up-to-date and our customers only have to worry about their HR tasks.

Consulting area
In order for comvaHRo All-In to be used optimally in the company, it must be set up and supported. Especially in the area of German payroll, the deep know-how is often no longer available on the customer side. The same applies to time management and other areas.

Our consulting department is staffed by highly motivated colleagues who not only have a broad knowledge of the specialist areas of payroll, time management, HR modules & Co. but also have an excellent command of all the products in our comvaHRo All-In HR suite. Consulting is supported by our project managers, who accompany new projects in a structured and successful manner from start to finish.

Hotline & Service
Our hotline is always there when our customers need it. No matter whether they call us, submit a ticket via the ticket system or simply write an e-mail to our support team. Our colleagues in the hotline department take care of the concerns, answer questions or help to solve a problem directly in the software via remote maintenance tool.

Payroll Service
On request, we take over payroll accounting in different levels, as required by the clients. On an interim basis, e.g. as a replacement during parental leave, but usually on a long-term basis, so that the respective HR department can take care of its core tasks such as employee administration, recruitment or personnel development. Our experienced payroll accountants see themselves as the outsourced payroll department of our clients and are always there for the HR department and the employees.
