Most of our customers have many questions when we first get to know them: How do we manage to coordinate our staff optimally? How do we get a better overview of the accounts? Who gets access rights to certain rooms? What can we do to improve our business processes?

These questions and the details of implementation, such as selecting and adapting suitable software, integrating it into the company's IT, installing and commissioning hardware, and ultimately operating all of this, present most of our contacts with an insurmountable task.

We are happy to take them on, because no task is too complex for us and every order is an individual challenge. We dream of ones and zeros and, as technology fans, we always keep up to date out of sheer passion.

With over fifteen years of experience in implementing HR software and hardware systems, as well as digital access and video solutions, we are among the absolute experts in the industry. In 2019, we have once again drastically expanded our expertise and team of specialists through the acquisition of ALINA GmbH in Bad Oeynhausen.

Our training and continuing education offerings

In our fourtexx Academy, we offer all customers advanced training and continuing education. In seminars that take place every six months, we clarify questions about the application, close knowledge gaps, and bring you up to date on the respective software that you need for your daily work with update releases. All this, of course, in small groups and a pleasant atmosphere. Directly with us in Solingen.
