QTime GmbH offers modular solutions for workforce management: demand-oriented duty scheduling, fixed and rolling working time models, recording of working hours and absences, automatic calculation of bonus times or other remuneration components, meaningful evaluations and reports form the core of the license-free software suite "Q1".
In addition, numerous modules simplify personnel processes within the company: Electronic application system with workflow definition and deputy regulation, browser-based employee and supervisor portal for desktop, tablet and smartphone, interface variety for data exchange (export, import) with payroll, ERP and personnel information systems, retrieval of electronic incapacity to work certificates (eAU) from statutory health insurance companies, posting of times to orders, projects, cost centers, activities, etc. With the Q1 "Access Control" module, a company controls access to its areas and premises so that only authorized persons can open doors, barriers, turnstiles, etc.
With Q1, QTime GmbH offers a highly flexibly configurable and parameterizable system that can be adapted to the diverse requirements and specifications of a wide range of industries, companies and company sizes. If required, collective agreements, works agreements or external requirements imposed on the company can be taken into account, individually down to employee level if necessary.
With granular authorization management, user rights can also be configured in accordance with data protection regulations and aligned with the required functions.
QTime GmbH's customer support deliberately dispenses with an external ticket system and offers direct and personal support. A hotline is available, which can be contacted in a variety of ways. Remote maintenance, meetings via conference tools, internal and external training courses and webinars round off the service, which can be used by all customers in German-speaking countries and beyond.
