You can obtain PCS Systemtechnik GmbH’s newsletter free of charge. To register for our newsletter, you will need to provide your email address, name, postal code, and, if applicable, company name. You will only receive our newsletter once you have registered online and we have verified that the email address stated belongs to you. 

For this purpose, we offer a double opt-in procedure handled by email service provider Mailjet. The personal data provided will only be used for the targeted distribution of PCS Systemtechnik GmbH’s newsletter. The data will not be shared with third parties.

Each newsletter offers the option to cancel the user’s subscription simply by clicking on an unsubscribe link. As soon as the user unsubscribes, consent to using his or her personal data for sending the newsletter is revoked. The user can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Contact form and repair form

Personal data provided in the contact and repair forms (name, email address, telephone number, etc.) is supplied by the user on a voluntary basis to enable PCS Systemtechnik GmbH to respond to the user’s request. PCS Systemtechnik GmbH will store the data in order to be able to process and respond to the requests. It may be necessary for us to share your data with third parties for order processing purposes or answering inquiries.
