Light + Building 2020 CANCELLED!

Messe Frankfurt has decided to cancel Light + Building 2020 in March.
Due to the widespread spread of coronavirus in Europe, Messe Frankfurt has decided to cancel the Light + Building 2020 trade fair in March.
The new date of Light + Building is expected to be mid/end of September 2020.

PCS Systemtechnik has decided not to participate in Light + Building in September.

At the end of September from 22.09. - 25.09.2020 the Security trade fair will take place in Essen. You are welcome to visit us at this security fair.

PCS will also be represented at the Personal Europe in Cologne from 15.09. - 17.09.2020.

Wanzl and PCS with Access Solutions at the light+building 2020.

PCS Systemtechnik is a leading German manufacturer of hardware and software for corporate security, time recording and production data acquisition.
PCS offers B2B solutions for all industries and company sizes.

Together with Wanzl, PCS Systemtechnik will be exhibiting side by side at the light+building trade fair, focusing on networked security technology in the special Intersec Building area.

Under the motto "Be smart - connect your Access" the two cooperation partners will present their products for Access Solution, building security and data acquisition in hall 9.1, stand B.30.

Among other things, the latest version of the Wanzl Galaxy Gate singling airlock with integrated hand vein recognition for personal identification will be on display. This biometric procedure uses the palm vein pattern for access control, which is individual and unchangeable for each person.

networked building security.

In addition to the access readers integrated in the Wanzl Galaxy Gate, PCS will present a broad portfolio of hardware and software for access control and time recording at light+building. For smart building security, online and offline access readers are combined to cover all applications. In addition, PCS also offers access readers for special installation applications. The DEXICON access control software networks all access components and orchestrates access, video, elevator control, access control and hazard detection systems.

Hand vein recognition.

INTUS PS hand vein recognition uses an infrared camera to match the vein pattern and is absolutely fast and reliable. This system is in use at the Erfurt Theater, for example. Around 800 people are employed at the theatre. At the staff entrance, 3 Wanzl Galaxy Gates installed side by side ensure that only theatre staff enter the work and rehearsal rooms. The employees use one of the two identification methods of the Galaxy Gate: either their RFID employee ID card at the integrated RFID card reader - or, more conveniently, the INTUS PS hand vein recognition system.

One hand holds the index finger on the sensor of the INTUS 800FP fingerprint reader.

Lecture at Intersec Forum.

The Intersec Forum offers first-hand specialist information on the practical implementation of building security. PCS Product Manager Stephan Roth will speak at the Intersec Forum on Thursday, 12 March 2020 at 2:30 pm on the topic: "Green light for a networked protection system in buildings - control of underground car park access and access to the building integrated into the building network".  Visitors to the trade fair benefit twice over, as the lectures at the Intersec Forum can be attended free of charge.
