The software to create your own ID cards.
MADA ID.office360 is a database-driven software for quick and easy ID card creation.
The integrated “card designer” supporting various card layouts, employee master data and employee photos from the database allows you to flexibly design and produce ID cards.
- Integrated “card designer” to create an ID card design.
- ID card printing via standard Windows printer driver.
- Encoding via a special encoding module in the printer.
MADA ID.office360 Extended.
In addition to ID.office360 Standard as a single-user version, the server-based product version ID.office360 Extended is also available for cross-departmental or cross-location ID card creation.
Your advantage: The ID card data is stored centrally in the network and is therefore available to all connected computers with ID.office360 Extended.
ID card encoding.
In addition to printing ID cards, ID.office360 can also encode ID cards, i.e. provide them with the desired applications, e.g. for time, access, biometrics or OSS.
To do this, the card printer must be equipped with an encoding model for the respective encoding (available for MIFARE DESFire EV1/EV2/EV3, MIFARE classic, LEGIC advant and LEGIC prime).
Both the personalization and the encoding of the ID cards can then be carried out in a single operation.
