The PCS customer and solution center offers preventive maintenance as a cost-efficient option to ensure high system availability. PCS experts will check your entire time recording and access control installation once a year.
Preventive maintenance means that exchange parts and wear parts are replaced with new parts in due time. This ensures a long service life for your devices.
Concluding a PCS software maintenance contract makes sure that you will receive preferred treatment in the case of problems. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) specifies the availability of PCS service with defined response times. You receive free patches and, depending on the contract, free or discounted updates/upgrades depending on the software product used.

Premium on-site service
Under a “Premium on-site service 48” contract, devices will normally be repaired on-site at the customer’s premises. If considered necessary by PCS on a case by case basis, services may also be performed in-house at our plant in Munich.
The contract also covers preventive maintenance with a complete check of the INTUS installation performed on site at the customer’s premises on an annual basis (see description for preventive maintenance). PCS will respond within 48 hours during its standard working hours.
Via remote maintenance, our support representatives will assist you in solving problems directly at your workplace.
