Repair

We will repair PCS devices either on-site at your premises or in-house at our Customer Service Center in Munich.

Rapid turnaround on-site or in-house repair.

We are aware of how important it is to have a defective device restored to service as fast as possible.

You have the option to send in a defective device to one of our Service Centers or request a service call for on-site repair.

Under our “On-site service 48” contracts, a PCS trained engineer will be on-site within 48 hours on average, i.e. usually earlier.

Our Service Centers are staffed with highly qualified service engineers who will be on your site quickly.

The PCS customer and solution center takes care of the service and maintenance of your INTUS terminals.

Bring-in service

Our specialists ensure a reasonably priced repair and maintenance service. And our logistics department takes care that spare parts will remain available, usually for many years.

In very urgent cases, you can take advantage of our rapid turnaround service: A defective device delivered to PCS in Munich before 10:00 AM will be repaired on the same day and then immediately returned by express delivery. Please call before at +49 (0)89 – 68004-666.

The PCS service network ensures competent service throughout Germany. A PCS trained engineer will be on site within 48 hours on average, i.e. usually earlier.

Our Service Centers in Munich, Würzburg, Erfurt, Hanover, Essen and Hamburg are staffed with highly qualified service engineers who will be on your site quickly.

Comparison of the contracts

1. Bring-in service
with/without temporary substitute devices.

The equipment is generally repaired in the PCS workshop in Munich. This option includes the repair time as well as the replacement of defective components and wear parts such as certain readers and keyboards. PCS has a pool of devices that may be provided as temporary substitutes.

2. On-site service
Standard option (48 hours)

The equipment is generally repaired on-site with the customer. This option includes the elimination of hardware defects and hardware damage, the replacement of defective components and wear parts such as readers and keyboards as well as a final function test.

3. On-site service
Premium option (48 hours)

This option includes the same services as the “Standard on-site service (48 hours)” but additionally covers the maintenance and cleaning of all the terminals once per year and site.
