The PCS service network ensures competent service throughout Germany. A PCS trained engineer will be on site within 48 hours on average, i.e. usually earlier.
Competent service partners provide customer support in Switzerland and other European countries.
In-house Repair Service
Our specialists ensure a reasonably priced repair and maintenance service. And our logistics department takes care that spare parts will be available, usually for many years.
In very urgent cases, you can take advantage of our rapid turnaround service: A defective device delivered to PCS in Munich before 10:00 AM will be repaired on the same day and then immediately returned by express delivery. Please call before at +49 - 89 – 68004-666.
The reliable operation of security-critical systems requires regular checks of the deployed equipment. PCS Professional Services offers preventive maintenance as a cost-efficient option to ensure high system availability. Under a preventive maintenance agreement, PCS experts will once a year check your entire time & attendance recording and access control installation, document the system in a detailed test protocol and apply an inspection label.
Preventive maintenance ensures that exchange parts and wearing parts are replaced in due time so that a long lifetime for your devices is achieved.
PCS maintenance contracts on a flat fee basis will protect your investment for many years.
1. Bring-in maintenance with/without spare parts depot
The equipment is generally repaired in the PCS workshop in Munich. This option includes the repair time as well as the replacement of defective components and wearing parts such as certain readers and keyboards.
2. Standard on-site maintenance (48 hours)
The equipment is generally repaired on site with the customer. This option includes the elimination of hardware defects and hardware damage, the replacement of defective components and wearing parts such as certain readers and keyboards as well as a final function test.
3. Premium on-site maintenance (48 hours)
This option includes the same services as “Standard on-site maintenance (48 hours)”, but also covers the maintenance and cleaning of all the terminals once per year and site.
