TPI-TASC PARAMETERIZATION

INTUS TPI-tasc, a PCS standard program written in INTUS TCL (Terminal Control Language), is designed to take some workload off application developers and to deploy a stable and proven program for projects.

INTUS TPI-tasc
All the INTUS terminals and Access Control Managers can be programmed in INTUS TCL on the basis of their multitasking operating system. INTUS TPI-tasc, a PCS standard program written in INTUS TCL, is designed to take some workload off application developers and to deploy a stable and proven program for projects. TPI-tasc provides all the standard functions for time management and access control required by the acquisition devices, such as ID code checking, ID code administration in the device, communications handling, plausibility checks, monitoring, etc. 

INTUS TPI-tasc is downloaded from the host via INTUS COM or INTUS TPI-Control to the terminal or Access Control Manager. The program can be parameterized via our PC based INTUS TPI-Control software. The parameterization is also downloaded via the above mentioned PCS standard products to the terminals or Access Control Managers. 

INTUS TPI-Control
INTUS TPI-Control is a MS Windows-based configuration program for all INTUS terminals and Access Control Managers running INTUS TPI-tasc.
Connected access readers are also parameterized via this program.
INTUS TPI-Control manages various INTUS hardware parameters depending on the device type, including:

  • size and position of the display text 
  • relay pickup times 
  • function key assignments 
  • display texts 
  • buzzer control 
  • record type identifiers for the data traffic to the host 
  • ID card/tag layout 
  • PIN code check
