The INTUS 5540 is the ideal terminal for recording working hours and project times in demanding environments. It supports modern RFID media such as cards, key fobs, or virtual smartphone credentials. An integrated keypad allows convenient entry of project data, employee numbers, or PIN codes – optionally expandable with a barcode reader.
Thanks to its large buffer, the time recording terminal reliably stores bookings even in case of network failure. The keypad is robust and can even be operated while wearing gloves – perfect for industrial use.
For outdoor use or cold storage areas, a heating option is available. With its IP65-certified housing, the terminal resists moisture, dust, and dirt – ideal for hygiene-sensitive sectors such as the food industry.
In addition to documenting working time, the INTUS 5540 also performs access control tasks and can manage up to 16 access readers at nearby doors. It is also cloud-ready and can be flexibly integrated into modern cloud applications – a true all-rounder for industrial environments.
