Customer information according to §19a ElektroG
As manufacturers of electronic equipment, we are registered with the Foundation Elektro-Altgeräte Register (EAR), under the registration number DE 38718040. The ElektroG regulates the placing on the market as well as the return and disposal of electrical and electronic equipment.
1. Disposal of old devices
You are required by law to dispose of waste electrical and electronic equipment separately from unsorted residual waste. The aim is to bring valuable raw materials into the recycling loop in order to recycle the raw materials in an environmentally friendly manner.
The "crossed-out trash can" symbolizes this obligation and identifies waste electrical and electronic equipment.
2. Return of old devices
PCS Systemtechnik GmbH will take back devices manufactured by PCS Systemtechnik GmbH free of charge, unless otherwise agreed.
To return old devices, please contact our support team to organize the return.
Contact: support@pcs.com, Phone: +49 89 68004-666
Or to register the return via the device repair form.
Please note that the return of so-called historical waste equipment according to § 3 para. 4 ElektroG is not free of charge. Historical waste equipment is, in particular, waste equipment that was placed on the market before August 13, 2005 or waste equipment that was placed on the market before August 15, 2018, insofar as it was not covered by the scope of the ElektroG as amended on October 20, 2015.
3. Data privacy
Should you wish to make use of our take-back offer, we would like to point out the following: End users are responsible for deleting personal data from the old devices to be disposed of.
