Certification as a “Known Consignor”.
To obtain certification as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) with the German Federal Office of Civil Aviation (LBA), companies must prove that they have established an “encapsulated” area for packaging air freight shipments. This zone must be isolated from the company’s “insecure” zones. Only authorized and known employees are allowed to enter.
PCS will advise you on organizing the security measures required for certification and create a security concept for an “encapsulated” export freight area for you.
