Device repair

To speed up the repair process, please fill out the repair form below and click "send" before sending in the defective hardware.

Please note our information obligation and data protection information in accordance with the DSGVO.

You will receive a processing number (RMA) within 24 hours. Please note this RMA number visibly on your delivery note. If you have any questions regarding the repair, you can refer to this RMA number.

Would you like your old PCS devices to be disposed of properly?
Please also fill out the RMA form with the corresponding note for the explicit scrapping of your old PCS devices.

Important NOTE

By sending the repair order you generate a repair ticket. This ticket will be processed and read by our support team after the receipt of your hardware.

If you have a request or a question about the repair before your hardware is shipped, please send a separate message to support@pcs.com.
