Dear Customer,
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions that allow us to process data or oblige us to do so, or you have given us your express consent. The following data protection information includes both the current legal framework according to the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) or the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as well as the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) valid from May 25, 2018. In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing.
PCS Systemtechnik GmbH as the responsible entity is obliged to inform data subjects about certain factual and legal circumstances regarding data protection. On the basis of this information, data subjects should be enabled to gain knowledge of the scope and processing of their data. Under no circumstances will we sell your data or pass it on to third parties outside the PCS Systemtechnik group of companies.
The obligation to provide information exists in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) and applies to the data processing of PCS Systemtechnik GmbH.

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.

The data subject has given his/her consent to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for one or more specific purposes.
Legitimate interest (own business purpose)
The processing is necessary to protect an overriding legitimate interest of the controller for its own business purposes (Section 28 (1) no. 2 BDSG).

f) Duration of storage
We store the data collected for the processing of the contract until the expiry of the legal or possible contractual warranty and guarantee rights. After the expiration of these periods, we retain the information of the contractual relationship required by commercial and tax law for the legally determined periods of Art. 6(1)(c) DS-GVO. For this period, the data will be processed again solely in the event of an audit by the tax authorities.

g) Rights of the data subjects
According to Art. 15 - 21 DSGVO, you are entitled to the following rights as a data subject:
- Right to information about your personal data stored by us.
- Right to correct incorrect or complete your data.
- Right to have your data stored by us deleted, if permissible.
- Right to restrict the processing of your data, if legal retention periods exist.
- Right to object to processing. Under the conditions of Article 21(1) DS-GVO, may object to processing on grounds relating to the particular situation of the data subject, based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f).
- If applicable, right to data portability, i.e. to the surrender of your stored data in a structured format (as of May 25, 2018).

h) Obligation to provide personal data
The provision of personal data of data subjects is essential, especially for the initiation or performance of a service and/or repair service.
Without the provision of this data, the responsible party cannot perform any contractual service and/or repair services.
On the basis of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), personal data will be retained as long as disputes with unsuccessful applicants are to be expected.
