PCS offers a comprehensive maintenance and servicing concept to ensure that your INTUS hardware functions reliably over the long term.
Regular maintenance not only extends the service life of your devices, but also ensures trouble-free operation - especially for security-critical applications such as access control and time recording. Our technicians check and maintain your systems as scheduled - on site as part of a service contract - and help to prevent breakdowns.
If a fault does occur, our repair service provides rapid assistance. Defective devices can either be sent to our in-house service for repair or repaired directly on your premises - by qualified PCS technicians with nationwide availability.
For speedy processing, we ask you to notify us briefly in advance using the ‘Device repair order’ form before sending in your device. This ensures that your repair can be processed quickly and tracked transparently.

To ensure that your installed hardware remains functional, PCS offers comprehensive maintenance concepts - from cost-effective factory service to comprehensive support directly on your premises. Ask us about the conditions for your preventive maintenance contract, including on-site repairs if required.
For rapid assistance in the event of a fault, repairs at PCS are carried out at fair prices. We will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate for the repair of your INTUS hardware in advance. Please use our device repair form. Alternatively, our service technicians will visit you directly.
Easily extend the statutory warranty of your INTUS hardware by a further year. In the event of a repair, the contract includes the costs for repair times and the replacement of defective components. Ask for a non-binding offer.
