RLDatix, the leading global provider of healthcare workforce and operator management software and services, has successfully completed the acquisition of Breitenbach Software Engineering GmbH ("Breitenbach"), a Germany-based provider of integrated workforce scheduling and time management solutions.

"The addition of the Breitenbach team to the global RLDatix group is a critical step in our long-term investment and growth in the German market," said Jeff Surges, CEO of RLDatix. "Our combined capabilities provide us with the opportunity to continue to deliver outstanding solutions for healthcare providers in Germany."

With the official merger, more than 700 Breitenbach customers will gain access to a team of more than 2,000 RLDatix employees providing solutions in the areas of risk and security management, compliance, operator and workforce management - and thus also to a family of more than 6,000 customers in over 20 countries.

"With access to more resources and technology, we will further expand our teams, services and capabilities," says Markus Röhler, Co-Managing Director of Breitenbach Software, who joins RLDatix as Vice President of Healthcare and Public.

Upon completion of the acquisition, RLDatix will further expand its portfolio of solutions for operator process management in the German healthcare sector.
